Our inspiration are the best seasonal ingredients selected from the small and authentic local fishermen, farmers and food producers.

Each tasting menu has six courses plus intro and finale.

Flora

A vegetarian tasting menu built entirely around vegetables, herbs and fruits at their seasonal peak.

Through technique and careful composition, each ingredient defines the structure, depth and rhythm of the experience.

A tasting menu that extends the same philosophy to omnivores.

Adriatic seafood and selected cuts are integrated with the vegetal foundation of the kitchen, creating a balanced and precise expression of the season.
